M Cap Update: Sensex top The market capitalization of five out of 10 companies declined by a total of Rs 1,85,952.31 crore last week. HDFC Bank suffered the most loss. During this period, the valuations of Reliance Industries, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India (SBI) and ITC have also declined. At the same time, the market position of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Bharti Airtel, Infosys, Hindustan Unilever and HCL Technologies, which recently joined the top 10 list, increased. Last week, the 30-share BSE Sensex fell by 1,844.2 points or 2.32 percent. Whereas the National Stock Exchange’s Nifty lost 573.25 points or 2.38 percent.
Whose valuation decreased by how much?
During the week, the valuation of HDFC Bank declined by Rs 70,479.23 crore to Rs 12,67,440.61 crore. ITC’s market cap declined by Rs 46,481 crore to Rs 5,56,583.44 crore. The market cap of SBI declined by Rs 44,935.46 crore to Rs 6,63,233.14 crore. Whereas the valuation of Reliance Industries declined by Rs 12,179.13 crore and this Came to Rs 16,81,194.35 crore. During this period, the market cap of ICICI Bank declined by Rs 11,877.49 crore to Rs 8,81,501.01 crore.

Which company’s market position increased by how much?
Contrary to this trend, the market capitalization of TCS increased by Rs 60,168.79 crore to Rs 15,43,313.32 crore. The December quarter net profit of IT service company TCS increased by 11.95 percent to Rs 12,380 crore. After this, the company’s shares rose 6 percent on Friday. HCL Tech’s market cap increased by Rs 13,120.58 crore to Rs 5,41,539.01 crore. Infosys’ market cap increased by Rs 11,792.44 crore and reached Rs 8,16,626.78 crore. Bharti Airtel’s market has also increased by Rs 8,999.41 crore and has reached Rs 9,19,933.99 crore. The market capitalization of Hindustan Unilever increased by Rs 8,564.26 crore to Rs 5,73,758.44 crore.

Reliance Industries remained at the first position in the list of top 10 companies of Sensex. After that, TCS, HDFC Bank, Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, Infosys, State Bank of India, Hindustan Unilever, ITC and HCL Tech were ranked respectively.
