How to check name in voter list (How to check name in voter list)
- First of all go to the Election Commission website https://voters.eci.gov.in/.
- Click on Search in Electoral Roll
- Select your language by clicking Select Language
- Click on Search by EPIC
- Enter EPIC number in the blank box
- Enter your state name in the blank box
- After that enter the captcha code
- After this you will know whether your name is in the voter list or not.
Check name in voter list through message
For this you have to send only one SMS. You write EPIC number and send SMS to 1950. For example, if your EPIC number is ‘87354328’ then you have to message – ECI 87354328. After which you will know whether your name is in the list or not.
Voter ID card can be made online (Apply For Voter ID Card)
- First of all go to the official voter service portal.
- Click on the ‘Sign Up’ option on the top right corner of the homepage.
- Enter the required details and register on the portal.
- Login to Voter Seva Portal by clicking on ‘Login’ button and entering mobile number, password, captcha and OTP.
- Click on the ‘Fill Form 6’ button on the ‘New Registration for General Voters’ tab.
- Enter all the details on Form 6, upload the required documents and click on ‘Submit’ button.
