Lac Hong University: Prepare more carefully
This is the second season that the Lac Hong University football team participates in the football tournament Adolescent Vietnamese students (TNSV). In the context of all competitors investing heavily to compete for the sole representative of the Southeast region to attend the final round, the representative from Bien Hoa City did not stand aside.
Head coach Deo Dang Khoa said that this year the Lac Hong University football team is much more prepared. The selection was done early, so the team also had more time to practice together.
Coach Deo Dang Khoa shared: “This year we added many new students as a foundation for the following football seasons. Although we do not have a scholarship policy to attract football talent, we are actively developing Maximize internal resources as best as possible.”
Heading to the play-offs
It is known that over the past few months, Lac Hong University’s football team has alternately combined practicing small tactical pieces on two 5-a-side football fields inside its campus with training with friendly matches on the 11-a-side football field.
Specifically, on December 21, the Lac Hong University football team met FC Bien Hoa (lost 2-3). A few days later, the team drew with Dong Nai University of Technology (3-3), then won against FC Buu Long (4-1).
Coach Deo Dang Khoa said: “It can be said that this year, Lac Hong University will put all its effort into preparing as best as possible for the 3rd Vietnamese Student Youth Football Tournament – 2024 THACO Cup.
The Southeast region qualifying round has many strong, well-invested opponents such as Binh Duong University or Dong Nai University of Technology. We will try to participate in the final play-off match, to compete for the only ticket to the final round in Ho Chi Minh City.”
