Krachi Blast: According to Karachi Police Spokesperson, ‘At least 11 people were killed and 13 others were injured in the blast on Saturday near Parcha Chowk in Sher Shah Village of Karachi.’

There has been a big explosion in Karachi city of Pakistan. So far 11 people have died in this blast while 13 have been injured. The blast took place in a sewage system in Parcha Chowk area of Sher Shah Village in Karachi. According to Pakistani media reports, SHO Zafar Ali Shah said that ‘the explosion took place in a drain located under a private bank. Already notice was given to vacate the premises so that the drain can be cleaned.

Zafar Ali Shah further said in the statement that a petrol pump located nearby was also damaged due to the explosion in the bank building.
Zafar Ali Shah said that gas was leaking in the drain under the building, we suspect that this explosion happened because of that.
Meanwhile, Karachi Administrator Murtaza Wahab said that ‘we are investigating the cause of the blast and arrangements are being made to provide necessary treatment to those injured.’
On this gas blast, a spokesperson of Karachi Police said that “at least 11 people were killed and 13 others were injured in the explosion on Saturday near Parcha Chowk in Shershah village of Karachi. A bomb disposal squad has been called to investigate where the blast took place. The reason for the blast will be known only after their report comes out.
After this blast in Karachi, all the injured are being admitted to the nearest hospital where the condition of many people is said to be critical. At the same time, the area has been evacuated.
