Jammu Kashmir: PM Modi inaugurates Z-Morh tunnel in Sonamarg, people of the valley are elated
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Z-Morh tunnel in Sonamarg today i.e. on Monday. During this, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari are also present. With the inauguration of the tunnel, round the year connectivity of the Sonamarg area has been ensured, which earlier used to be cut off during winters due to heavy snowfall. This project is an important step for infrastructure development in the northern region of India.
