Upcoming IPO:Three big issues are opening for subscription in the IPO market next week. These include IPOs of NTPC Green Energy in the mainboard segment and Lamosac India and C2C Advanced Systems in the SME segment. During the week starting from Monday 18th November, investors can check the details of the three IPOs one by one.
NTPC Green Energy
The Rs 10,000 crore IPO of NTPC Green Energy Limited will open for bidding on November 19 and close on November 22. This IPO is a completely fresh issue, consisting of 92.59 crore shares. With a price band of Rs 102 to Rs 108 per share, retail investors can apply with a minimum bid of 138 shares, which translates to an entry investment of Rs 14,904. NTPC Green Energy has specially allotted shares worth Rs 1,000 crore to NTPC shareholders. The share allotment is likely to be finalized by November 25, and the stock is expected to be listed on BSE and NSE on November 27.

Lamosack India
Lamosac India Limited will launch an IPO of Rs 61.2 crore on November 21. The issue includes a fresh issue of 30.6 lakh shares at Rs 200 per share. The SME player, which focuses on ceramic solutions, will offer a minimum bid lot of 600 shares for retail investors, with a required investment of Rs 1,20,000. The tentative date of listing on NSE SME platform is 29 November.
C2C Advanced Systems
C2C Advanced Systems, a company specializing in defense electronics, will open its IPO on November 22, aiming to raise Rs 99.07 crore. The issue includes 43.84 lakh fresh shares priced at Rs 214 to Rs 226 per share. Investors can bid from a minimum lot size of 600 shares, which translates to an investment of Rs 1,35,600. The stock is expected to be listed on November 29.

With the strong momentum in the primary market so far, upcoming IPOs are being considered important in gauging investor interest, especially as economic conditions remain uncertain.
