He is looking for subsidized financing. There are many European tools at your disposal in an open market in which it is possible to develop economies of scale. We are very happy with the participation of so many strategic actors and at this point it will be important after the elections, with the new European parliamentarians elected, to hold another similar event to make it clear how the European legislator, together with the European Investment Bank, to Cassa Deposits and Loans can help the European economy to be more competitive and more innovative, thus encouraging the creation of new startups”.
To highlight the importance of the event, the President of ANGI, Gabriele Ferrieri, as co-organizer, commented as follows: “We are very pleased with this important initiative with our friends in the European Parliament in Italy. As ANGI we are pleased to have so many institutional supporters at our side. We know that right now we have an important moment to renew the European Parliament, challenges and objectives related to the ecological and digital transition which are fundamental, which is why in this conference we are putting the tools for business growth at the center of attention , credit and subsidized finance and we have it in bringing the main voices of the ecosystem: from Cassa Depositi e Prestiti to Simest, from Infocamere to Lazio Innova, from Invitalia to Mediocredito Centrale, from the Order of Accountants of Rome to startups, experts from the world of tenders, incubators and accelerators in the area in a moment of discussion, including training, linked to those opportunities for fundraising and to accompany those processes that can be fundamental for enhancing growth. As young innovators we want to live this moment as protagonists to put support for future generations at the center of the Italian and European political agenda, discouraging phenomena such as brain drain and increasing support for development, and obviously the incentive, for investments in research and above all support for talent and merit for Italy and Europe”.
During the debate, it also emerged how important it is to bring young people closer to universities, to give them an increasingly innovative mentality starting from middle school and high school. The Unioncamere data highlight how there is an objective difficulty in accessing the world of work for young people because they often do not have training. The event was therefore also an opportunity to launch an appeal on what must be a rationale for the educational offer to help the mindset of young people to get closer and closer to the job market to obviously have profiled figures who will then be the future managers and exponents of civil society in the professional corporate world in Italy and around the world.
