After filing the return, many taxpayers have a question that how long will they get their refund from the Income Tax Department? Generally, according to the Income Tax Department, it takes 4 to 5 weeks to deposit the refund in the account of the income taxpayers. However, if the refund does not come from the department within this period, then the taxpayers should check the flaws in the filed ITR.
