Hrithik Roshan’s much awaited film ‘Krrish 4’ is currently going through a difficult period. According to reports, this mega project requires a budget of about Rs 700 crore, but no big studio is ready to invest such a huge amount. Since the previous film ‘Krrish 3’ has been released more than a decade, the studios are not confident about this huge investment.
The responsibility of the film’s studio setup was earlier given to Siddharth Anand, who was also cooperating in its production. However, it is now reported that Siddharth Anand has removed from this project. According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, Hrithik Roshan and his father Rakesh Roshan are now looking for new studios for this film and are contacting studios across India to carry forward the project.
The shooting of ‘Krrish 4’ was expected to start in the second half of 2025, but it can now be postponed by 2026 due to budget problems. The construction work will now be done by filmcraft in collaboration with a major studio, while Siddharth Anand’s company Marflix will focus on other projects.
Karan Malhotra, who was appointed by him after farewell to Siddharth Anand’s project, has also pulled out of the responsibility of directing. Now a new team will be formed for the film, which will finalize the budget first and then take the film to the floor.
Updates and official announcements related to the film are awaited. After the release of ‘War 2’ and possible success, the circumstances can be better regarding ‘Krrish 4’.
