HP Italy, in an official note, announced the appointment of Rossella Campaniello in the role of Personal Systems Category Director and Giusi Garrano as Printing Systems Business Lead. Rossella Campaniello will be responsible for leading the business and the Italian category team in the Personal Computing segment, Giusi Garrano will be responsible for managing the business and the Italian category team in the Printing segment – both defining their respective strategic partnerships and collaborations.
These appointments represent not only a recognition of talent and experience, but also a significant example of how HP Italy enhances female leadership in the company’s top and strategic roles.

Rossella Campaniello boasts a long and prestigious career at HP, which began in 1999. During her career she has held numerous managerial roles with increasing responsibilities, including Channel Development Manager, Retail Account Manager, Area Category Manager and subsequently Retail Sales Manager.
Before her new role, Rossella was Printing Systems Business Director with responsibility for the Printing Division and previously Personal Systems Business Director.
Graduated in Economics from Bocconi University, Rossella Campaniello expanded her education at an international and multidisciplinary level, obtaining a CEMS (Community of European Management Schools) Master at ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona and Copenhagen Business School.
Giusi Garrano, in his previous role as Channel Program Manager Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa, led a multicountry team, defining the strategy and development objectives for Italy and the other countries under his responsibility, managing the implementation of projects and programs dedicated to channel partners.
At HP since November 2017, during his career in the company Garrano has held various roles with increasing responsibilities, including Business Partner & Transactional Sales Manager and Category Manager. Previously at HP, he gained experience in managerial roles at Samsung Electronics Italia SpA and Xerox SpA
