A major road accident took place in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh in which a speeding car collided with a divider and five doctors died in the accident. In this accident, police say that the accident happened due to the driver dozing off.
Actually, a speeding Scorpio car collided with a divider on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh and overturned. In this accident, five doctors posted in Mini PGI in the car died and one was injured. The injured has been admitted to the hospital. The police said that the accident happened when the driver dozed off.
All the doctors were going back to Saifai Medical College in a Scorpio at around 3 am on Wednesday morning. Then the Scorpio somehow went out of control in front of Sikrori village of Tirwa at the 196 kilometer point of the Agra-Lucknow Expressway. After breaking the divider, it went to the other side and collided with the truck coming from the front. All the doctors were injured in the accident. The injured were admitted to the Government Medical College, after which five doctors were declared dead.
