G is a 24 hour digital bureau: Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorist Hanzala Adnan, who planned an attack on a BSF (Border Security Force) convoy in Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur in 2015, has been killed by unidentified gunmen in Karachi, Pakistan.
He is believed to be close to 26/11 Mumbai attack mastermind, LeT chief Hafiz Saeed. Hanzla Adnan was shot outside his home on the night between December 2 and 3. Four bullets were found in his body.
It is known that the LeT terrorist was secretly taken to a hospital in Karachi by the Pakistani army. He died on December 5. Recently, Hanzala Adnan had shifted its operations base from Rawalpindi to Karachi.
In 2015, Hanjala Adnan planned an attack on a BSF convoy in Udhampur. 2 BSF soldiers were killed and 13 jawans were injured. The NIA is investigating the attack on the BSF convoy and has filed a charge sheet.

The top LeT terrorist was the mastermind behind a terrorist attack on a CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force) convoy in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pampore area in 2016. 8 CRPF troopers were killed and 22 injured in the attack.
According to sources, Hanzala Adnan was sent to a LeT camp in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir to indoctrinate newly-recruited terrorists. Pakistan’s intelligence agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and the Pakistan Army helped him infiltrate India and carry out terrorist attacks.

It is learned that Hanzala Adnan died on December 2 in Pakistan after Jarnail Singh Bhindranwal’s nephew, Khalistani terrorist Laxbir Singh, died on the road. Lakhbir Singh is said to have suffered a heart attack on the road.
Khalistani terrorists were reportedly involved in terrorist activities against India in Punjab under the direction of Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI.
