Former Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh was cremated with full state honors today after leaders and family paid their last respects at Nigam Bodh Ghat in Delhi. During this time, President Murmu and PM Modi and other VVIPs were also present to see him on his last journey. Former PM Manmohan Singh died on Thursday at the age of 92.

The funeral preparations are almost complete. Rahul Gandhi shouldered the bier. The funeral pyre of PM Manmohan Singh is being prepared. All the Punjabi religious gurus are ready to offer Ardaas there. Many leaders are sitting with teary eyes along with PM Modi and President Murmu at the ghat. Before lighting the funeral pyre, a 21-gun salute will be given.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rajnath Singh, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar along with President Draupadi Murmu paid floral tributes to former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at Nigam Bodh Ghat. Draupadi Murmu stood silently for some time and paid tribute to him. The President bid farewell to Manmohan Singh by saluting him for at least two minutes. PM Modi present there also bid farewell with his eyes closed.

- President Draupadi Murmu, PM Narendra Modi, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will also arrive to pay tribute to former PM Manmohan Singh. His last rites will be performed with full state honors at 11:45 am.
- Many Congress leaders have reached AICC headquarters to pay their last respects to former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. These included Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah, MP KC Venugopal, Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar, former Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel and Himachal Pradesh CM Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu. Along with former Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi also paid their last respects.
