Gold and Silver Price Today:After a stable trading in June, the price of gold for August futures contract opened at Rs 71,566 per 10 grams on Monday in MCX with a fall of Rs 300. On the other hand, the price of silver for July futures contract opened at Rs 87,035 per kg with a fall of 0.15 percent i.e. Rs 132. Last month, a huge fall was seen in the price of silver. Its price fell by about Rs 4,400 in June.
Upcoming US core personal consumption expenditure (PCE) inflation rate data is going to be released soon. Meanwhile, the price of gold and silver is stable. On Friday, gold and silver closed with a positive trend in the domestic and international markets.
Last week, during the last trading session, the price of 10 grams spot gold (24 carat) in Delhi markets closed at Rs 72,550. At the same time, the price of silver also closed at Rs 91,200 per kg. In the international market, the price of one ounce spot gold on Comex was running at US$ 2,322 and silver was at $ 29.20 an ounce.
