Gold and silver prices today:Tuesday was a bullish day for the Indian bullion market. There was a jump in the prices of both gold and silver. Gold became costlier by Rs 600 per 10 grams, while the price of silver also increased by Rs 700 per kg. International factors and increased demand in the domestic market are being considered responsible for the rise in the prices of precious metals.
Gold and silver prices increased in Delhi
On Tuesday, the price of gold in Delhi’s bullion market rose by Rs 600 to Rs 74,100 per 10 grams. In the previous trading session, gold with 99.9 percent purity closed at Rs 73,500. The price of silver also jumped by Rs 700 to Rs 84,500 per kg. Whereas in the previous trading session it was Rs 83,800. Apart from this, the price of gold with 99.5 percent purity rose by Rs 400 to Rs 73,750 per 10 grams. In the previous trading session, it closed at Rs 73,350 per 10 grams. Gold prices rose due to increased demand in the domestic market. However, the weak trend abroad limited the rise.

Mixed trend seen in foreign markets
Talking about the international market, the price of one ounce of gold in Comex was trading softly at 2,532.10 US dollars. At the same time, the price of silver was trading at $ 28.70 an ounce with a slight increase compared to the previous trading session. Manish Sharma of Anand Rathi Shares and Stock Brokers says that the price of gold remained above the level of $ 2,500 at the beginning of the European session on Tuesday, as traders are not showing interest in betting before the US inflation rate report to be published in the coming days.
