Go Digit IPO Listing Today : The shares of Go Digit Insurance IPO, a company invested by Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, have been listed in the stock market today. However, the listing of the shares has been slow. The upper price band under the IPO was Rs 272, while the shares have been listed on BSE at Rs 281 (Go Digit Stock Price). That is, investors have got a return of 3 percent or Rs 9 per share on listing. The IPO received a decent response from investors during subscription. At the same time, not much craze was seen about it in the gray market.
Let us tell you that the IPO of Go Digit was open for subscription from May 15 to May 17. The size of the EPO was Rs 1500 crore, while the price band was fixed at Rs 258 to Rs 272 per share. There was a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 1125 crore, while 5,47,66,392 equity shares were sold through Offer for Sale (OFS). However, Indian cricketer Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma have not sold even a single share in this IPO.

Go Digit’s IPO was subscribed 9.60 times or 960 percent overall. 10 percent of the IPO was reserved for retail investors and it was subscribed 4.27 times. While 75 percent of the IPO was reserved for qualified institutional investors i.e. QIB and it was subscribed 12.56 times overall. At the same time, 15 percent of the IPO was reserved for non-institutional investors i.e. NII and it was subscribed 7.24 times.
Where will the funds be used
Insurance company Go Digit will use the money raised from this IPO to increase its capital base, while it also plans to use the funds towards maintaining the solvency level.
