Deadline for updating Aadhaar for free
The deadline for updating Aadhaar is ending in September. Unique Identification Authority UIDAI has extended the facility of updating all Aadhaar related details for free from 14 June to 14 September 2024. Through its official website, UIDAI has appealed to the people to update Aadhaar for the continued accuracy of demographic details. The authority has said that to update demographic details, people will need proof of identity and proof of address documents. If you have not updated the demographic details yet, then get it done by 14 September 2024. It can be updated through the myAadhaar portal. Earlier, UIDAI had given the deadline for updating demographic details for free,Extended from 15 December 2023 to 14 March 2024, then to 14 June 2024 and again to 14 September 2024.

Rules will change for HDFC Bank credit card
HDFC Bank has changed the rules related to reward points on its select credit cards. These new rules will come into effect from September 1, 2024. The bank has sent this information to the customers using those select credit cards through email. According to the email issued, from September, a maximum of 2000 reward points will be available every month on utility transactions through credit card. The limit of reward points on telecom and cable transactions will be up to a maximum of 2000 points. Reward points will not be available on payments made through third-party apps like CRED, Cheq, MobiKwik and others for education related work. However, reward points will be available on education payments made directly through the college/school website or their POS machines. Reward points will not be available on wallet loading and easy EMI transactions.
New rules will also be applicable on IDFC FIRST Bank credit card
From September 1, changes will also be seen in the payment terms for IDFC First Bank credit cards. This includes minimum amount due (MAD) payment and payment due date. As mentioned on the IDFC First Bank website, these amendments will be effective from September 2024.
