The MotoGP World Championship continues with the French Grand Prix, from May 10 to 12. The Le Mans circuit will witness one more round of the championship, after the current champion, Francesco Bagnaia, scored his first victory of the season in Jerez. On that occasion, the Italian driver beat Marc Márquez in an exciting duel, from which the Catalan will seek revenge. For his part, Jorge Martín, current leader of the championship, will want to shake off the bitter pill that was his fall in the Spanish Grand Prix and will try to return to the forefront.
In Moto2, the American Joe Roberts and the Spanish Sergio García continue in the fight for the lead. The driver from Castellón is only five points behind the leader and will try to overtake him at Le Mans. In the third category, Daniel Holgado and David Alonso will extend their individual duel for the top one more week. Currently, the former leads the latter by six points.
