Bank Holidays in February 2025: The month of February will begin with the conclusion of the current week. In the new month starting from Saturday, many big festivals like Vasant Panchami, Guru Ravidas Jayanti, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti, Maha Shivratri are falling. On such special occasions, government and private banks across the country will remain closed. However, some of these holidays will be based on local importance. All banks across the country will remain closed on weekends
In February 2025, apart from special occasions like festivals, anniversaries and days, banks will remain closed for a total of 6 days on Sundays and the second and fourth Saturdays of the month. See the list here.

You can use these options when the bank is closed
During bank hours, you can use available digital payment options like UPI, IMPS and net banking as well as online banking platforms and mobile apps to meet your expenses. These include all the expenses like check book order, bill payment, prepaid phone recharge, money transfer, hotel and travel ticket booking. For most of these transactions, you have to log in to your net banking account on the website of your respective bank and click once. Checks can be stopped easily through digital banking.
