A video is becoming increasingly viral on social media. The video is of a Jammu and Kashmir assembly, where first a video can be seen raising slogans of Bharat Mata Ki Jai and later some marshals can be seen taking the same MLA out. The same video is being shared on social media claiming that the Speaker of the Assembly had thrown him out for raising slogans of ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’.
The viral video has been shared on Facebook with a Hindi language caption saying ‘BJP MLAs were marshaled out on the orders of the Speaker in Jammu and Kashmir Assembly.

During Newsmobile’s investigation, we found that the viral video is being made viral with misleading claims.
To know the truth of the video going viral on social media, we first broke the video into some keyframes and then started searching through reverse image search tool on Google. During our search viral video First found on ANI News official YouTube channel, uploaded on Nov 08, 2024. It is reported here that the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly turned into an ‘Akhara’ and on the orders of the Speaker, the BJP MLAs who entered the well were thrown out by the marshals.
It has been said in the caption found on the YouTube channel obtained above, that there was an uproar in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly on November 08, 2024 regarding the removal of Article 370.
