Former governor of the American state of New York Andrew Cuomo is again accused of sexual harassment.
One of his former employees filed a lawsuit against Cuomo, who had previously resigned due to similar charges.
The court hearing is expected to take place on November 17.
“Forced touching” is an offense in New York State that carries a penalty of up to one year in prison.
Cuomo resigned on August 10 amid allegations of sexual harassment.
The New York Attorney General’s Office is also investigating allegations that Cuomo used public funds to write memoirs and manipulated data on the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
