The EU and Saudi Arabia have signed a cooperation agreement, the EU’s foreign policy chief said on Sunday.
Josep Borrell said on Twitter that he signed a cooperation agreement with Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal ben Farhan Al Saoud aimed at strengthening ties through regular consultations on various topics, including political, socio-economic and security.
