Somalia’s National Army’s elite forces, in collaboration with international partners, have killed 20 Al-Shabaab militants in an overnight operation in the southern Mudug region of central Somalia. Officials gave this information on Monday. The Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism said the operation targeted al-Shabaab militants at their hideout in the Shabello forest.
