El Salvador, with a population of about 6.5 million, has the highest number of homicides in the world. In 2015, there were 103 murders per 100,000 people in El Salvador. This figure is the highest in the world in terms of freedom. Due to the emergency, there has been a ban on gathering of people and gathering people for meetings across the country. Not only this, in emergency, any citizen can be kept in administrative custody for more than 72 hours without being produced before the court. Not only this, the right of access to lawyer for reasons of arrest and for detention has also been curtailed.
President said – put all the gang leaders in jail
