The port of Jebel Ali in the Emirati city of Dubai resumed normal operations on Thursday morning after the fire caused by the explosion in a container of a small ship about to dock last night.

Emirati police told Al-Arabiya TV at dawn on Thursday that the fire may have been due to “friction or high temperature,” and that there was no radioactive material in it. on board the ship.
Jebel Ali Port is located 30 km from central Dubai, heading west towards the capital, Abu Dhabi. It is one of the most important ports in the United Arab Emirates.
