Flights started for these cities
Ariana Afghan Airlines has resumed its flights from Kabul to cities like Herat, Mazar-e-Sharif and Kandahar, local news channel Tolo News reported. Meanwhile, another local private airline, Kam Air, has shifted its planes from Hamid Karzai airport to Iran’s Mashhad city, fearing the chaotic situation arising after the Taliban’s capture of Kabul on August 15.

Qatar’s technical team will help
According to media reports, a technical team from Qatar is ready to help resume flights at Kabul airport. A Qatari plane carrying ranking officials and another plane from the United Arab Emirates carrying humanitarian aid landed at Kabul International Airport two days ago. Significantly, the first proposed domestic flight from Kabul airport to Mazar-e-Sharif was canceled on Friday.

Conflict between Taliban and Haqqani faction

Also a report said that Taliban co-founder Abdul Ghani Baradar was injured in the firing of the Haqqani faction. According to the report of Afghanistan’s newspaper Panjshir Observer, a bullet was fired from the side of Anas Haqqani, in which Mullah Baradar was injured.
