Latin American countries continue to record new cases of contamination and death from Covid-19.

In the past 24 hours, Covid-19 has killed 373 in Brazil, 424 in Mexico, 21 in Colombia, 33 in Argentina, 7 in Peru and 33 in Honduras.

According to data from the Brazilian Ministry of Health, the country has recorded a total of 604,228 deaths. The number of cases recorded in the last 24 hours was 15,609, bringing the total to 21,680,488 cases.

Brazil is the second country in number of deaths after the United States.

Mexico registered 5,069 new cases, bringing the total to 3,767,758 cases. The country has also recorded 285,347 deaths.

Colombia has recorded a total of 4,984,751 cases, including 1,224 in the last 24 hours, in addition to 126,931 deaths in total.

Argentina has announced 115,770 deaths so far. The country has counted 1,218 cases in the past 24 hours, bringing the total to 5,275,984 cases.

In Peru, Covid-19 has killed 199,945 and 2,192,205 cases of infection, including 506 in the last 24 hours.

Honduras has recorded, according to local media, a total of 10,170 deaths and 373,589 cases of infection, including 383 in the last 24 hours.
