Sharing at the meeting, Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Ngoc Toan respectfully thanked the Japanese diplomat for the special attention to Vietnamese youth associations and youth in the common development of relations between the two countries. Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Ngoc Toan also informed that the overall success of the recent conference was the contribution of the community of international students and Vietnamese youth in Japan. The editor-in-chief assessed that these are “young diplomats” who serve as cultural bridges to connect the two countries.
