Competition has postponed this Wednesday Espanyol – Valencia, from Matchday 13 of LaLiga, and Tenerife – Levante from Matchday 14 of the Hypermotion League due to the effects of the damage in the province of Valencia, as reported by LaLiga. Both clubs will not play their matches for the second consecutive day after last weekend they did not play either due to the storm. The decision was made after the competition itself requested this Tuesday from the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) to suspend these matches. These join the postponed match between Levante F and Valencia F that was going to be played this Sunday at 4:15 p.m.
The First Division match had to be played this Saturday at 6:30 p.m. and the Second Division match on Sunday at the same time. LaLiga has not yet specified the dates on which both matches will take place. “The new dates and times of the corresponding matches will be communicated soon by LaLiga,” according to the competition statement.
On the other hand, Villarreal, Eldense, Elche and Castellón, who did not play their matches last weekend, will play this day. Marcelino’s team receive Alavés, Elda’s team travels to Granada, Elche will play at home against Almería and the Castellón team will play against Córdoba outside their fiefdom.
