US President Joe Biden said that they can discuss a ceasefire for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict after all hostages held by Hamas are released.

Joe Biden answered journalists’ questions during his speech on investments at the White House.
A journalist asked, “Does the US support a ceasefire for the hostage agreement?” “The hostages must be released first, then we can talk about this (ceasefire).” he replied.
Joe Biden interrupted his speech to go to the “Situation Room”
On the other hand, Biden abruptly stopped his speech and gave the floor to Commerce Minister Gina Raimondo.
Biden: “I need to go to the Situation Room (which meets on special occasions) for another matter that needs my attention.” he said.
While no information was shared about what the issue in question was, the US press commented that this situation might be related to the Shiite militias in Iraq attacking two US bases in Syria with UAVs.
