cbse.nic.in CBSE 10th, 12th Results 2024: About 39 lakh children of CBSE board are eagerly waiting for their results. The exact information regarding the date and time when the results will be released has not yet been revealed officially, whereas the ICSCE Board has released the 10th (ICSE Class 10 Result 2024) and 12th (ISC Class 12 Result 2024) results were announced earlier this week and many state boards have also declared results. In such a situation, the children who appeared in the 10th and 12th examinations conducted by the CBSE Board between February and April this year are also very eager to see their results.
CBSE 10th, 12th results will come this week
Last year, CBSE had released the results of 10th and 12th board exams on the same day on 12 May 2023. Before that the board had announced the result on 22 July 2022. If we look at the trend of the last 10 years, CBSE has announced most of the 10th and 12th results in the month of May. This year it has been told on the website that the CBSE Board 10th and 12th results are likely to be declared after May 20, 2024. Accordingly, it is expected that the results will come in the fourth week of May.

After the announcement of the result, children will be able to check the official website of CBSE on websites like cbse.nic.in, cbse.gov.in, digilocker.gov.in. The results will also be made available on UMANG, Digilocker app or Digiresults app. These apps can be downloaded from Google Play Store. Apart from this, the children who appeared in the examination will also be able to see the results with the help of IVRS system.

After the declaration of the result, the children who appeared in the examination will have to visit the official website of CBSE results.cbse.nic.in or cbse.gov.in.
Here click on ‘CBSE 10th Result Direct Link’ or ‘CBSE 12th Result Direct Link’ visible on the home page.
Now fill the necessary details like roll number, date of birth, school code and click on the submit button.
As soon as you do this, your CBSE board result will open on the screen, check all the details carefully.
Then download or save a digital copy of the result and keep it. You can also get a digital copy printed so that you can make it available if needed in future.

CBSE Board 10th-12th Result on Digilocker: This is how you can check results on Digilocker
First of all CBSE related DigiLocker website cbseservices.digilocker.gov.in/activate cbse go to,
Now click on ‘Get started with account creation’ option to create an account.
Fill the required details and enter the 6 digit PIN provided by your school. In fact, to gain access to the results on DigiLocker, students are being provided a security PIN by the CBSE-recognized school from which they had registered for the 10th board examination.
After that the details will have to be verified. After these steps, fill the OTP received on the mobile number.
By doing this your DigiLocker account will be successfully activated.
The results of 12th board examination have been announced today by CBSE. Now this time the students who appeared in the examination, open the DigiLocker app and click on the result link.

How was the result last year?
Last year, 16,80,256 children had registered for the CBSE Board 12th examination. Out of which 16,60,511 children had appeared for the 12th class board examination and out of these, 14,50,174 i.e. 87.33 percent children were successful in this examination. In the CBSE 12th results 2023, 1,12,838 children scored more than 90% marks, while 22,622 children scored more than 95% marks. A total of 21,84,117 children had registered for the 10th board examination, out of which 21,65,805 children appeared in the examination. Last year, 20,16,779 i.e. 93.12 percent children who appeared in the CBSE 10th board examination were successful. Last year, 44297 children had scored more than 95% marks in the 10th board examination. Whereas, 1,95,799 children had secured 90 percent marks. Last year, the passing percentage of girls in CBSE 10th board exam was 94.25 percent and that of boys was 92.72 percent. Whereas in the 12th board exam, the passing percentage of girls was 90.68 percent and that of boys was 84.67 percent.
