Cavusoglu opens Turkish consulate in Novi Pazar, Serbia

“Our consulate is not only at the service of our fellow citizens but also of all our brothers and sisters who live in Serbia,” Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said at the inauguration ceremony of the Turkish consulate in Novi Pazar, Serbia.

Cavusoglu stressed that this consulate, inaugurated on Wednesday, is the result of relations between Turkey and Serbia.

Meanwhile, Cavusoglu added that he was happy to be the foreign minister of the country that opened the first consulate in Novi Pazar.

In addition, the Turkish minister believes that with the opening of this consulate, investments of Turkish companies in this region will increase.

“Tourism, culture and education are also important to us. Our Cultural Center has also caught the attention of our Bosnian brothers living here. Our Consulate, which we officially opened today, is not only at the service of our citizens, but also of all our brothers and sisters who live in Serbia, ”he concluded.
