The Formula 1 season continues this Sunday with the Canadian Grand Prix race, after a qualifying round with surprises. George Russell was the protagonist of the Saturday day by taking over the pole position and started first on the Gilles Villeneuve circuit. Behind the British came Max Verstappen, who seeks to restore the status quo after Charles Leclerc’s triumph in Monaco a couple of weeks ago. The Dutchman has not let two events go by without victory this season and the three-time world champion wants to prevent this from being the first time. The Spaniards Fernando Alonso and Carlos Sainz started sixth and twelfth, respectively.
