After the behavioral competition, the organizers announced the Top 3 best contestants including Bui Quynh Hoa, Nguyen Thi Huong Ly and Trinh Thi Hong Dang. All three beauties continued to enter the behavioral competition with the same question: “In your opinion, what is a confident beauty?”.
Bui Quynh Hoa believes that confidence is the great beauty of a woman. Because according to the beauty from Hanoi, when you are confident in yourself, you will be able to lead your life and will know how to honor the success of others. “Win without pride, lose without discouragement” is what Bui Quynh Hoa wants to convey. Confidence is also the reason she came to Miss Universe Vietnam 2023.

From a girl born into a farming family, the beauty from Gia Lai lost 3 battles to pursue her dream of being crowned Miss Universe Vietnam. Finally, the title of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 has officially named beauty Bui Quynh Hoa. First runner-up was awarded to Nguyen Thi Huong Ly, second runner-up was Trinh Thi Hong Dang.
