Skoda Kylaq price list unveiled:Booking for Skoda Kylaq is going to start from 4 pm today. Kylaq is the first sub-compact SUV from Skoda Auto India. This car of the company is built on the same MQB-A0 IN platform on which vehicles like Skoda Kushak, Slavia, and Volkswagen Taigun are based.
At the beginning of last month, Skoda introduced its Kayak in 4 variants – Classic, Signature, Signature Plus and Prestige. The carmaker had revealed the price of only the entry-level variant of the Kylaq during the launch. But now the company has also unveiled the prices of the remaining variants of Kaylak. Check the price according to variant and transmission option in the list below.

Kaylak is Skoda’s first sub-compact SUV. In its segment, it will give tough competition to vehicles like Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon and Maruti Suzuki Brezza. The Skoda Kaylak is compact yet spacious, measuring 3,995 mm in length, 1,975 mm in width, 1,575 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,566 mm with a ground clearance of 189 mm. Many new features are available in it.
Talking about the anterior and exterior, the car has an 8.0-inch digital driver display and 10.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system. It has support for wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The car has many features like connected car technology, ventilated front seats and semi-leather upholstery, powered front seats, single-pane sunroof, ambient lighting, 6-speaker Canton sound system.
The exterior design of Skoda Kaylak looks like Skoda. Its front has a bold grille, sleek LED DRL and split headlights. The rear part has L shaped LED taillights, special ‘Skoda’ badge, bumper and roof rails. Overall in design, it looks like a scaled down version of Skoda Kushaq. In which some changes have been made.
In terms of safety, Skoda Kaylak has 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, traction control, ISOFIX child seat anchors, three-point seat belts for all passengers, reverse parking camera and sensors.
Engine and Transmission
The Skoda Kaylak is powered by a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine that produces 115 hp power and 178 Nm peak torque, mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The company claims that this sub-compact SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 km per hour in just 10.5 seconds.
