Meghalaya Governor Satya Pal Malik is making such statements one after the other, which is increasing the concern of BJP. He had said that there was rampant corruption in Goa, even during the Covid pandemic, especially in the distribution of ration during the lockdown and the movement of mining trucks was blinded.

Congress national spokesperson Gaurav Vallabh said in a press conference that the prime minister should immediately sack the chief minister and his entire council of ministers, as they are directly involved in rampant corruption amid the pandemic. I am not saying this, it is the BJP-appointed governor who is making these allegations. The allegations should be investigated by a sitting Supreme Court judge. He said that the Prime Minister should come and answer. You speak your mind. Have a say on this issue. He compared the law and order of Jammu and Kashmir to that of Patna, the capital of Bihar. He has said that as many murders take place in a day in Patna as in a week in Kashmir.
