These features will be available in CNG bike
Bajaj Auto’s CNG bike was recently spotted on several occasions on the country’s roads during testingIt was seen. This CNG-powered bike was completely covered. Many images of this CNG bike are available on the internet. It is believed that the first CNG bike will come in a very special design. The features available in the bike will also be many. One of which will include a muscular fuel tank.
According to the image, the CNG bike has a round headlamp. Talking about the rest of the visuals, the bike has a single-piece seat, upswept exhaust muffler, short rear fender, rear tyre hugger, single-piece pillion grab rail and LED turn indicators. Apart from this, features like compact engine guard, belly pan, alloy wheels, small front cowl and braced handlebar with handguards are visible in the bike’s image.
Bajaj CNG bike: Engine Specification
The CNG bike gets a sloper-like engine to keep the heat away from the engine and the fuel tank. The engine displacement is expected to be in the range of 100-125cc. If you look at the picture, the front of the bike does not have an ABS ring along with the disc brake. The absence of this feature indicates that the engine displacement will definitely be less than 125cc.
Bajaj’s CNG bike is likely to get the support of a double fuel system. Which means that the bike can run using either petrol or CNG. If we look at it, CNG is less power dense than petrol, so the engine found in the bike is expected to generate slightly less output than the pure electric engine. Apart from this, the CNG tank will be located under the seat, while the petrol tank is found in its normal position.
