New Delhi: A decision has been taken in the portfolios of 43 newly sworn in Union ministers. Mansuk Mandavya is the Minister of Health. The flight is for Jyotiraditya Scindia. Amit Shah also got the co-operation department. Rajeev Chandrasekhar, a Malayalee, is the Minister of State for IT. With this the number of Malayalees in the Union Cabinet doubled.

Four of the newly appointed ministers are former chief ministers. There are 13 lawyers and six doctors. The cabinet has five engineers and seven civil servants. 11 are women members. The cabinet ranks are 15 ministers. 36 are newcomers. There are 27 students from OBC category, eight students from ST category and 12 students from SC category.
