Assange married in jail; Stella, the bride, was attended by only eight people

London: WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is getting married. Assange’s marriage to girlfriend and partner Stella Morris took place in a London jail. The ceremony was presided over by the Registrar of the High Security Prison in Southeast London.

Only four guests, two official witnesses and two security guards attended the wedding. The couple’s children, Gabriel, and Max Assange’s father and brother attended the ceremony. Authorities said more people could not attend the wedding due to security concerns. Journalists and photographers were not allowed in the jail. The marriage took place in a jail that houses some of Britain’s most notorious criminals.

The 38 – year – old Stella’s reaction was that he was marrying the love of his life. Assange has two children with Morris.
