Appointment with the world of innovation tomorrow, November 29, for the press conference to present the 7th Edition of the “Angi National Award 2024 – Innovation Oscar”, an annual event recognized as a point of reference for those who wish to understand technological changes, digital and social issues taking place in our society.
Promoted by the National Association of Young Innovators (ANGI), the prestigious award celebrates the talent and ideas that are revolutionizing the Italian technological, economic and cultural panorama. The press conference, which will be held at the offices of the European Parliament in Milan in the prestigious context of the Palazzo delle Stelline (Corso Magenta 59), will be an opportunity to discover the news of the 2024 edition, which promises to be full of food for thought, with particular attention to young generations and innovation as a driver of change. The event, in view of the awards ceremony to be held in Rome on 4 December, will be moderated by Ylenia Totino: guest of honor will be the journalist and face of Sky Calcio, Federica Masolin, who will be awarded the prestigious Innovation Leader Award.
“This is an event that aims to strongly highlight the importance of supporting young people, talent and meritocracy alongside institutions, businesses and the territory”, he declared Gabriele Ferrieri, president of Angi: “We have highlighted 10 particularly important product categories: from smart mobility to smart cities, from the digital economy to ICT services, from the world of E-Commerce to large-scale retail trade to the world of Cybersecurity, a topic that we will also address with various institutional delegates, many of which are new and linked to projects developed like Angi in the last 18 months: in particular the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Agency for Digital Italy, the Ice Agency, the Cybersecurity Agency and also large business entities such as Isy Bank, PagoPA, Infratel also for the great challenges that the public administration is pursuing in terms of digitalisation”. Ferrieri also underlined “the usual contribution of some large Italian corporations such as Intesa San Paolo, Innovation Center, Ferrovie dello Stato, Bayer Farmaceutica etc. who support this event with vision and sensitivity”.
