Through his ‘First World Immigration Services’ company in Chicago, he made a way for terrorists.
India had gathered strict evidence against this accused. In the charge sheet, Rana is accused that he not only helped David Headley, but also had an important role in every small scheme of the Mumbai attack. It is said that the places which were targeted in the 26/11 terror attacks, Rana had a direct hand in Reiki and Planning.

India presented the evidence shared with the US in the US court demanding the extradition of Rana to India. Rana first filed petitions to defend the US lower court, then the North Circuit Appeal Court, and finally to the Supreme Court. But on 13 November, his final petition was also dismissed.
After the decision of the US Supreme Court, Rana’s extradition is now being considered almost fixed. The Government of India has started working fast in this direction. Rana will have to face cases related to 26/11 in India.
David Headley And Rana Of Connection
David Coleman Headley, whose real name is Dawood Gilani, hatched a 26/11 conspiracy with Tahwwur Rana. Both were childhood friends and studied together at Hasan Abdal Cadet School in Pakistan. Headley had raked many places in India at the behest of Pakistan’s intelligence agencies ISI and Lashkar-e-Taiba.
