Amitabh Bachchan Backets One of India Highest Tax Payers: The famous Hindi cinema actor Amitabh Bachchan is estimated to be Rs 350 crore during the financial year 2024-25. He has to pay Rs 120 crore as a tax of his total earnings. According to sources, he deposited the last advance tax of 52.50 crore on 15 March 2025. Amitabh Bachchan has many means of earning, some of which are prominent – brand endorsement, work in films and the quiz show “Kaun Banega Crorepati” (KBC) hosted.
Right now Amitabh Bachchan is hosting “Kaun Banega Crorepati” (KBC) season 16 every week at 9 pm on Sony TV. His last film was Vettaiyan, which was a Tamil film and worked with Rajinikanth in it. The film was released in October last year.

Amitabh will be seen in these upcoming films
In the upcoming films, he will work in Ribhu Dasgupta’s legal drama film Section 84. Apart from this, he will also play an important role in the sequel of Kalki 2898 AD film, which is directed by NAG Ashwin. In the film Kalki 2898 AD, Amitabh played the role of Ashwatthama, who is the immortal son of Maharishi Dronacharya and who seeks the ‘Kalki’ avatar of Lord Vishnu. The film also had big actors like Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan.
