Home Minister Amit Shah has once again mentioned the citizenship law before the West Bengal elections. Addressing a public meeting in West Bengal, he has said that the citizenship law will be implemented as soon as the corona vaccination is completed. Even before this, Amit Shah has promised to implement CAA in West Bengal itself. Shah fiercely attacked West Bengal CM Mamta Banerjee in this rally. After addressing the public meeting, Amit Shah also addressed the social media volunteers of West Bengal.
‘Citizenship law brought as promised‘
Referring to the citizenship law, Amit Shah said, ““In 2018, we promised that by electing the Narendra Modi government in 2019, we will amend the citizenship and bring a law, which will give citizenship of India to the people of Matua society. We brought CAA in 2020 and today law has come into existence. I promised citizenship and soon after vaccination is over, we will start giving citizenship to all of you.”
‘Only the power to make the intruders free‘ in BJP
Amit Shah also attacked the Congress and the Left alliance fiercely. He said, “There is no power in any party, neither in the Congress and Communist groups, nor in the BSP or Samajwadi Party. The power to make Bengal free from intruders I am in you and my BJP. “
Shah further said that, this fight will change the power in Bengal, this will throw out the Trinamool Congress and this battle will form the first BJP government within this great state. This fight is not about strengthening BJP, this fight is not about overthrowing Mamata didi, this fight is not about change of power. This fight is to make our Bengal ‘Sonar Bangla’.
