America’s warning to the Taliban – now if something goes wrong in Afghanistan, it is not good

The US and the Taliban have come face-to-face for the first time since the withdrawal of US forces from Afghanistan in August. US officials and senior Taliban officials have met in Qatar’s capital, Doha. After this meeting, the US says that it is ready to help the people of Afghanistan without recognizing the Taliban government.

However, the Taliban were also sharp during this talks. Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaki warned America not to try to destabilize Afghanistan.
After the talks in Doha, Amir Khan said that we have clearly told him that do not even try to destabilize the government in Afghanistan or else it will not be good for anyone.

Amir Khan said that having good relations with Afghanistan will prove to be a win-win deal for everyone. Apart from this, the Taliban has asked to lift the ban on the reserves of Afghanistan’s central bank.
