The Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has been accused of a scam of crores regarding the donations to be raised for the construction of Ram temple. From Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh to Samajwadi Party, TMC, Congress and other parties are also raising this matter. It is alleged that the trust has done a land scam worth crores of rupees. Regarding this, once again Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh and Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia told the whole matter by holding a press conference.
2 crore land became 18.5 crore after 5 minutes – Sisodia
Delhi Deputy CM Sisodia said that the country’s faith is being played with. He said that people are waiting for the construction of a grand temple. The responsibility of building the temple rests with the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust. But a few days ago the trust bought 12080 sqm of land. Which was bought for Rs 18.5 crore. We have all the papers with us.
They told, “In the land document, Ram Janmabhoomi Trust member Anil Mishra was a witness, while the other witness was Ayodhya Mayor and BJP leader Hrishikesh Upadhyay. Ram devotees will be happy to buy land. Because everyone has given some money for this. But the real problem comes when it comes to know that how big a scam has happened in buying this land. The trust bought the land from Ravi Mohan Tiwari and Sultan Ansari, but on the same day, exactly 5 minutes before that, Sultan Ansari and Ravi Mohan Tiwari bought the same land from Harish Pathak and Kusum Pathak. But this land was bought for only 2 crores. After 5 minutes, the same land was bought by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust from Ravi Mohan Tiwari and Sultan Ansari for Rs 18.5 crore.
Trust member and BJP mayor accused
Manish Sisodia told that, in the land which was bought from Harish Pathak and Kusum Pathak for 2 crores, Anil Mishra and Ayodhya Mayor Rishikesh Upadhyay were the witnesses, after this when the same land was bought by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust for 18.5 crores. Both of them were present as witnesses. He said that, we first found these documents to be false and there was a possibility of some fraud in it. But right after this Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust itself told that they have bought this land. This is hurting a lot. People are donating with faith, it is not right to play with them.
Apart from the Aam Aadmi Party, now other parties are also raising this issue. Congress leader and spokesperson Gaurav Vallabh also shared a news article and wrote that, “They give deceit to God, what will they leave to man”.
TMC MP said – Hope the team of the center will reach Ayodhya
In this matter, TMC MP Santanu Sen said that the matter should be investigated. He wrote on Twitter that, “Expect Central Team to rush to Ayodhya to probe into RamMandirScam. Land price increased from 2cr to 18.5cr in 5 mn. Want clarification from International Leader Narendra Modi who fixes three prices for same COVID Vaccines & speaks about”One World One Health Policy” inG7Meeting.”
Sanjay Raut said – Trust should give clarification
There has also been a reaction from Shiv Sena regarding this whole matter. Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut said that, it is a matter of faith and it should be clarified whether this matter of land scam is true or false… He said that for some people Ram temple is a political issue.
The famous cartoonist Manjul also showed this alleged scam in his own style. He criticized it through a cartoon he made. Let us tell you that Manjul is the same cartoonist, against whom the government had complained to Twitter, while he was also suspended by the channel after that.
Clarification from temple trust
Let us tell you that the clarification has also come to the fore from the Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust regarding this matter. On all these allegations, Champat Rai, the general secretary of the trust, said that, “The land at which the present sellers had contracted years ago to buy the land, got the sale done on March 18 and after that the contract was signed with the trust.”
At the same time, Acharya Satyendra Das, the chief priest of Ramjanmabhoomi, has spoken of a high-level inquiry in this matter. He said that, ‘The trust set up for the construction of the temple can do any kind of scam, it is not possible.’
