Alejandra Guzmán confirmed to Pati Chapoy in an interview that Michelle Salas has not invited her to her wedding, but stressed that she wishes her the best and that she is happy that she has indeed found love. In the singer’s family tree, Michelle is her great-niece, however it must be remembered that the singer’s relationship with Michelle’s grandmother -Sylvia Pasquel- was never very close. The singer also recognized it in said conversation with the host of “Ventaneando”.
“I know that he does not play my songs or those of Luis Miguel at his house, but a hat is worth it to me. I don’t watch his soap operas either. Sylvia was never very close, and she wasn’t really a very good sister either. We have a big age difference, so that has affected us,” said Alejandra Guzmán.
The above probably contributed to the fact that there is not such a close relationship with Michelle, to the point that she does not feel obligated to invite her to her wedding.
Pasquel, remember, had two daughters: Stephanie Salas and Viridiana Margarita Frade Banquells. Stephanie became a mother at a very young age, after a brief relationship with Luis Miguel, from there Michelle was born, which is why the interpreter of “Making Love with Another” is Michelle Salas’ great aunt.
Other scandals that have added to the distancing are possibly the very negative relationship between Salas and “La Guzmán’s” daughter. A couple of years ago, Frida Sofía, for example, publicly attacked Michelle. She accused her, among many things, of “robbing” Silvia Pinal, in statements for TV Notas magazine.
