Research: Neuroimaging technique was used on 30 thousand children

Washington. The increase in screen time after the Covid pandemic has adversely affected the development of children. The physical and mental development of children under 12 years of age is most stunted, because most of the development of learning and understanding in children occurs till the age of 12 years. According to recently released neuroimaging research, after Covid, children are spending more time playing games on smartphones, tabs and TV, which is affecting their thinking ability. In this research, neuroimaging technology was used on 30 thousand children to know the effect of digital technology on children. Although the researchers have not given any guidelines regarding screen time, but have urged parents to keep an eye on the digital activities of children.
