The US Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) announced that the Boeing 737-800 aircraft, 1006 flight, of American Airlines landed urgently to Denver International Airport (Colorado) shortly after taking off on March 13 due to motor problems, according to Reuters.

The aircraft carrying 172 passengers and 6 -person crew at the time from the city of Colorado Springs (Colorado) to the city of Dallas (Texas), the crew discovered vibrating in the engine.
According to ABC News, the aircraft shifted after taking off 20 minutes and was in the air in about 1 hour before landing.
The airline announced that after landing safely and moving to the parking lot at the airport, the 1006 flight had a motor -related problem. The incident occurred around 17:15, local time.
Many videos were returned and posted on social networks showing passengers standing on the wings of the plane and sliding down the escape slide while the aircraft engine was smoky.
All passengers and crew left the plane and were taken to the station. Some people were slightly injured during evacuation. “We thank the flight team members, Denver teams and their initial reaction forces for their quick and definitive actions with the safety of all people on the plane and on the ground is a priority,” the airline announced.
FAA said it would investigate the incident while Boeing declined to comment.
This is the latest case related to aviation safety incidents in the US recently. On January 29, an American Airlines passenger aircraft collided with military helicopters that killed 67 people.
