Sharjah: A handful of records with a huge win over Scotland in their first match of the T20 World Cup. Afghanistan defeated Scotland by 130 runs in the Super 12 match. The winner was spinner Mujibur Rahman who took five wickets. Afghanistan scored 190 for four in 20 overs while Scotland were all out for 60 in 10.2 overs. Hazrat Zazai (44) and Mohammad Shahzad (22) gave Afghanistan a good start as they won the toss and elected to bat. Gurbas (46) and Sadran (59) also shone. Safian Sharif took two wickets for Scotland, while Josh Davy and Mark Watt took one wicket each.
