Own report: The Taliban are cracking down on Panjshir. Panjshir, on the other hand, claims that it is all Taliban propaganda. Panjshir leader Ahmed Masood gave the green signal to sit in that meeting. However, he gave a condition. Masood demanded that the Taliban move out of Panjshir and Andarab.

Ahmed Masood wrote in a Facebook post of the party that the National Resistance Force of Afghanistan is ready to solve the current problem in principle. We do not want bloodshed. The NRF is willing to stop fighting for long-term peace. But for that, the Taliban must also stop its attacks in Panjshir and Andarab.
After occupying most of Afghanistan, the Taliban went into a frenzy. Russia in the eighties and the Taliban in the nineties could not push them. This time too they could not do anything against Panjshir. Fearing a bloody conflict, Afghan clerics recently offered Masood talks with the Taliban. That is the response.

Meanwhile, Panjshir is united in the fight against the Taliban. After the fall of Kabul on 15 August, Amrullah Saleh and Ahmad Masood started the Northern Alliance in Panjshir. Writing for Britain’s Daily Mail, Saleh described how Afghan government leaders gradually fled the country before the fall of Kabul. On the morning of the fall of Kabul, he called the Ministry of Defense and Interior, but none of them were present. He also targeted Ashraf Ghani for fleeing the country in a war situation.
